1. Permitted Use
This Acceptable Use Policy supplements and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension, termination, and/or legal action.
You may use Legends of Hastinapur services for the following purposes:
• Playing the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment
• Creating and sharing game-related content (fan art, YouTube videos, streams) under our Fan Content Policy
• Participating in official community spaces (Discord, forums) in accordance with Community Guidelines
• Using official APIs and developer tools as documented in our Developer Portal
• Contacting our support team for legitimate account, payment, or gameplay assistance
Any use not explicitly listed above must be approved in writing by Nandaka Interactive Private Limited.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following are expressly prohibited:
Unauthorized Automation
Running bots, scripts, macros, or any automated client against our services. This includes headless browsers, AHK scripts, or any tool that simulates player input without direct human action.
Service Disruption
Any action designed to disrupt, degrade, or deny service to other players or our infrastructure — including DDoS attempts, packet manipulation, or exploiting server vulnerabilities.
Unauthorized Data Collection
Scraping player data, marketplace prices, or any game data at a rate that materially impacts our services. Personal data of other players may not be collected or published without consent.
Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the game client, server software, or APIs except as explicitly permitted by applicable law.
Misrepresentation
Impersonating Legends of Hastinapur staff, claiming to represent the company, or creating fake accounts for deceptive purposes.
Commercial Exploitation
Using our services to operate an unauthorized commercial service — including real-money trading platforms, carry services, or third-party marketplaces for in-game goods.
Security Testing Prohibition
You shall not engage in any penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, reverse engineering, packet inspection, or other security research activities without the Company's prior written consent.
3. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this policy may result in:
• Immediate suspension or permanent ban of all associated accounts
• Forfeiture of all virtual goods, currency, and progress
• Blocking of IP addresses and device identifiers
• Legal action where violations constitute criminal conduct (under the IT Act 2000 or IPC)
• Reporting to law enforcement where applicable
We actively monitor for policy violations using automated and manual systems. If you discover a vulnerability or policy gap, please report it responsibly to security@legendsofhastinapur.com rather than exploiting it.
4. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal within 30 days by emailing grievance@nandakainteractive.in with subject "AUP Appeal — [Account Email]".
Include your account details, a description of the enforcement action, and why you believe it was taken in error.
Appeals are reviewed within 14 business days. Our decision is final.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-game notification and email to registered accounts at least 7 days before taking effect.
Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
