1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made on Legends of Hastinapur ("the Game") and is subject to the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019 and applicable digital goods regulations.
We are committed to fair and transparent practices. Where a refund is legally required or reasonably warranted, we will process it promptly. Please read this policy before making any purchase.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Taxes (GST) are included at checkout.
2. LOH Bonds
LOH Bonds are premium in-game items purchased with real money. They function as a tradeable currency within the Grand Bazaar. Once purchased, LOH Bonds are considered consumed digital goods.
Refund window: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the Bonds have NOT been consumed, traded, or used to purchase any in-game item.
Once LOH Bonds have been consumed or traded, they are non-refundable under any circumstances, except as required by law.
No Refund After Use
Used, traded, or gifted Bonds cannot be refunded. Check your purchase before using Bonds.
3. Membership (Legend Pass)
Legend Pass subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Annual subscriptions: A prorated refund is available within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, the annual subscription is non-refundable, but access continues until the end of the term.
If you cancel, you retain Legend Pass benefits until the current billing period ends.
4. Founder Packs & Cosmetics
Founder Packs (₹3,499–₹9,999) are one-time purchases that include permanent cosmetics and membership perks.
Refund window: 14 days from the date of purchase, provided no items from the pack have been redeemed or equipped.
Individual cosmetic items purchased separately (skins, emotes, titles) are non-refundable once equipped or activated.
If a Founder Pack item is found to be defective or materially different from its description, please contact support within 48 hours for a full review.
Defective Items
If an item does not work as described, contact support@legendsofhastinapur.com within 48 hours with a screenshot.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances (except as required by applicable law):
• LOH Bonds that have been traded, gifted, or used to purchase any item
• Cosmetic items that have been equipped or activated
• In-game currency (LOH Gold) earned or purchased through any mechanism
• Accounts that have been permanently banned for Terms of Service violations
• Any purchase made more than 14 days before the refund request (except for ongoing subscriptions)
Banned Accounts
Accounts banned for Terms violations forfeit all virtual goods. No refunds are issued for banned accounts.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@legendsofhastinapur.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Order ID]".
Include: your registered email address, order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email), item purchased, reason for refund request, and proof of purchase.
We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and complete our review within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
For disputes not resolved through our support process, you may escalate to the consumer forum under the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019.
For purposes of this policy, a virtual item shall be deemed "consumed" upon first use, redemption, equipping, activation, trading, gifting, or any in-game action that effects an irreversible application or transfer.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, subject to mandatory statutory rights.
