1. Our Commitment
Legends of Hastinapur is built on a foundation of fair play, mutual respect, and community. These Community Guidelines define the standards we hold ourselves and all players to.
By playing the Game, you agree to abide by these guidelines at all times — in-game, on our official Discord, and in any other Legends of Hastinapur community space.
Violations are handled by our moderation team and may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity and frequency.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and subject to enforcement action:
Harassment & Hate Speech
Harassment, targeted abuse, threats of violence, discriminatory language (including casteist, communal, racial, or gender-based slurs), or sustained hostile behaviour toward any player is grounds for immediate suspension or permanent ban.
Real-World Trading (RWT)
Selling, buying, or advertising in-game items, accounts, or currency for real money outside official channels is strictly prohibited. LOH Gold and LOH Bonds have no real-world monetary value.
Scamming & Deception
Deceiving other players for personal gain — including item trade scams, impersonating staff, or false reporting — is a serious violation subject to permanent ban.
Bug Abuse & Exploits
Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics (including duplication exploits) is prohibited. Report bugs to support@legendsofhastinapur.com immediately. Bug abusers face account termination and asset forfeiture.
Botting & Macros
Use of automated clients, bots, macro software, or any third-party tool that automates gameplay is strictly prohibited and results in permanent ban without appeal.
Account Sharing
Sharing account credentials or allowing others to play your account is prohibited. Each account must be controlled by a single individual. Account sharing for competitive advantage results in ban of all involved accounts.
3. Naming Policy
Character names, guild names, and any player-visible text must comply with the following rules:
• No offensive, discriminatory, or politically charged terms
• No impersonation of Legends of Hastinapur staff (names like "GM_[name]", "Admin_[name]")
• No names referencing real people, brands, or copyrighted works without authorization
• No names containing explicit sexual content, slurs, or hate symbols
Violating names will be forcibly changed. Repeat violations result in account suspension.
4. Reporting Violations
If you witness a violation, use the in-game Report function or email support@legendsofhastinapur.com with:
• Your character name and the offending character name
• Date, time, and server/world of the incident
• Screenshots or video evidence (strongly encouraged)
• Brief description of what occurred
False reports are themselves a violation. Reporting in good faith is always encouraged. We investigate all reports and will notify you of outcomes where possible.
5. Enforcement Ladder
Our moderation uses a progressive enforcement ladder for most violations:
1. Warning — written notice for minor first-time offences.
2. Temporary Mute (1–7 days) — restricted chat access for repeated minor violations.
3. Temporary Ban (24h–30d) — full account suspension for moderate violations.
4. Permanent Ban — issued for severe violations (botting, RWT, sustained harassment) or accumulated moderate violations. Permanent bans are generally irreversible.
Zero-tolerance violations (bug exploitation for economic gain, coordinated harassment campaigns, RWT) skip the ladder and result in immediate permanent ban.
6. Appeals
You may appeal a temporary or permanent ban within 30 days of the enforcement action by emailing grievance@nandakainteractive.in with the subject "Ban Appeal — [Character Name]".
Include: your account email, character name, the enforcement action taken, and your explanation. Attach any evidence that supports your case.
Appeals are reviewed by a senior moderator not involved in the original decision, within 14 business days.
Our decision on appeals is final. Repeated or harassing appeal submissions may result in additional enforcement action.
The Company retains sole discretion to accept or reject any appeal, and repeated submissions or harassing appeals may result in additional enforcement action.
Abuse of reporting systems, including knowingly false reports, may itself constitute a violation and may result in enforcement action.
