DPDP Rights (India)
Nandaka Interactive Private Limited, having its principal place of business at G1, #4/608, V.O.C Street, D#423, Kottivakkam, Perungudi, Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, 600041, is the data fiduciary responsible for your personal data processed in connection with Legends of Hastinapur.
Nandaka Interactive Private Limited complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India. If you are an Indian resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right to Access
Request a summary of personal data we hold about you and the purposes for which it is processed.
Right to Correction
Request correction or completion of inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading personal data.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected. Note: some data may be retained for legal compliance.
Right to Grievance Redressal
Submit a grievance to our Data Protection Officer. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and respond within 30 days.
Right to Nominate
Nominate another individual to exercise your data rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Withdraw previously given consent for non-essential data processing at any time. Withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of prior processing.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after account deletion to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Gameplay logs and anti-cheat data may be retained for up to 12 months to investigate economy violations and security incidents.
Data Fiduciary (Processor)
Supabase Ireland Limited acts as our data processor for authentication and account management. Web payment data is processed by Razorpay, Cashfree, and Xsolla. Mobile in-app purchases are processed by Apple and Google app store payment systems. These processors do not receive raw card details from LOH, and we do not use your payment data for advertising.
No Third-Party Advertising
We do not share your personal data with advertising networks. We do not serve behavioural or targeted advertisements.
