1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Legends of Hastinapur ("the Game", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Crowdfunding & Digital Goods

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Legends of Hastinapur is currently in crowdfunding/development phase. All purchases made on our store are contributions to the development of the game and are non-refundable.

Founder Packs, Bundles, and Cosmetics are digital goods delivered at launch
In-game currency (Bonds) will be credited to your account upon game launch
Features and items are subject to change during development
The game is NOT pay-to-win — all items are cosmetic or convenience only

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, bots, or automation software
Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
Engage in real-world trading (RWT) of in-game items or currency
Attempt to hack or disrupt our services

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to game assets, lore, music, and code, is the property of Legends of Hastinapur and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, you lose access to all purchased digital goods and in-game items.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGENDS OF HASTINAPUR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
