1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Nandaka Interactive Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), having its principal place of business at G1, #4/608, V.O.C Street, D#423, Kottivakkam, Perungudi, Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, 600041, which operates the game Legends of Hastinapur (the "Game"). By accessing, installing, downloading, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Game.
These Terms govern your use of the Game during the current Beta phase. Beta services are provided as-is. Features, content, economy mechanics, and character progress may be reset or modified at any time during Beta without prior notice.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Players aged 13–17 must have express permission from a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and accepted these Terms on their behalf. Players aged 18 and above may create accounts independently.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with other persons. You agree to notify us immediately at grievance@nandakainteractive.in of any unauthorized access to your account.
One person may maintain only one account unless explicitly authorized in writing by us. Multi-accounting for competitive advantage is prohibited.
You represent that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
3. User Conduct
You agree to abide by our Code of Conduct at all times while using the Game. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Cheating & Exploits
Use of third-party software, bots, hacks, or exploits to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban without appeal.
Harassment
Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory behavior toward other players will not be tolerated and may result in immediate permanent ban.
Real-Money Trading
Selling or buying in-game items, currency, or accounts for real money outside official channels is strictly prohibited. LOH Gold has no real-world monetary value.
Economy Exploits
Wash trading, duplication exploits, or any deliberate manipulation of the Grand Bazaar economy is a serious violation subject to immediate account termination and forfeiture of all in-game assets.
4. Virtual Currency & LOH Bonds
The Game features two types of virtual currency: LOH Gold (earned in-game through gameplay) and LOH Bonds (premium items purchased with real money).
LOH Gold has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items of real-world monetary value.
LOH Bonds are premium in-game items purchased with real money. They can be traded between players within the Game on the Grand Bazaar. Once traded or consumed, Bonds have no real-world monetary value and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
The Game contains NO loot boxes or randomized paid reward mechanics. All premium items available for real money are clearly priced with transparent contents.
All purchases of LOH Bonds are final and non-refundable except where required by law (including applicable consumer protection laws in India). Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to grievance@nandakainteractive.in.
We reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust virtual goods and their prices at any time without prior notice, except during a purchase in progress.
5. Account Termination & Ban Policy
Violations of these Terms are handled through a progressive enforcement ladder. The severity and response depend on the nature and frequency of the violation:
1. Warning — issued for minor first-time violations with a corrective notice sent to your registered email.
2. Temporary Suspension (24h–30d) — issued for repeated minor violations or single moderate violations. Account access is restricted for the specified period.
3. Permanent Ban — issued for severe violations (economy exploits, botting, real-money trading, harassment campaigns) or repeat moderate violations. Permanent bans are generally not reversible.
In all cases, LOH Bonds that were fraudulently obtained or used to fund a violation may be forfeited. We are not obligated to refund purchases made prior to a ban resulting from Terms violation.
Appeals for permanent bans may be submitted within 30 days of the ban to grievance@nandakainteractive.in. Appeals are reviewed within 14 business days. Our decision is final.
Zero Tolerance
Economy exploits (duplication, wash trading, RMT) result in immediate permanent ban without prior warning. No appeal is available for accounts used primarily for exploitation.
6. Ownership Rights
All right, title and interest in and to the Game and all associated content (including without limitation software, code, art, music, audiovisual works, text, design, trade dress, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable laws.
The Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You acknowledge and agree that virtual items, currency, and other in-game content are licensed, not sold, and have no real-world monetary value.
We reserve the right to revoke this license at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on Game content without explicit prior written permission from Nandaka Interactive Private Limited.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Game, or your use thereof.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt resolution through our support team at grievance@nandakainteractive.in. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable law.

8. Beta Disclaimer
The Game may be offered in alpha, beta, or other pre-release form ("Pre-Release"). Pre-Release materials are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and may contain bugs, errors, and other defects. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, reset accounts/progress, or terminate access at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of use, data, goodwill, revenue, or profits arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company's aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amounts paid by you to the Company in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or (ii) INR 5,000.
10. Indemnification
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your user conduct or in-game behavior, (c) cheating, exploitation, or RMT, or (d) your infringement or violation of any third-party right.
11. User-Generated Content
If you submit or share user-generated content ("UGC"), you grant the Company a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, perform, display, and create derivative works from such UGC in connection with the Game and its promotion.
